Nail Enhancements
Takes around 1 1/2 to 2 hrs
Acrylic nails are is ideal for people who have to keep their nails short or cannot grow their own and want longer nails for special occasions or permanent wear.
A full acrylic application will begin with the shaping of the natural nail and cuticle work. Tips are applied to the natural nail and then overlaid with acrylic. This is followed by buffing.
Alternatively an application of acrylic can be applied over a natural nail to aid growth of the natural nails if brittle.
For something a little different, why not add a little nail art to finish the look with either gems or paint effect. This can be applied to both natural nails or acrylics.

Natural nail overlay from £20
This is put over the natural nail to help strengthen them.
Infills are £20 plus £1.50-£2.00 for any replacement nail during maintenence.
Gems start at £0.50p each
Full soak off in acetone and a manicure £15.00

The gel is applied over the nail and extension tip and then cured under a special UV lamp, they are much lighter in weight than conventional acrylic nails but are as strong. The ultimate long-term goal with gels is for the client to end up growing out and wearing her own long, strong, beautiful, healthy nails under the gel so that she is no longer to be considered wearing artificial nails.
Gel nails are an extremely natural-looking enhancement, thin, clear, flexible, non-yellowing, non-porous and are less proned to lifting.

Please note: Gel nail extensions cannot be soaked off like convential acrylic extensions, they require to be buffed down with a thin layer of gel being left to grow out and a strengthing base coat applied if no further sets required.

Luxury manicure:-
Your hands will be scrubbed with Thai Manicure sensuous scrub then bathed in a bubble hand spa filled with Thai Manicure fragrant soak, you will then have a sumptuous Thai Manicure mask followed by a sublime Thai Manicure massage, aromatic oils will then be applied, your cuticles will be tidied up, nails shaped and buffed and a polish of your choice applied. £20.00

AFTER CARE
If you have invested in nail extensions you should treat your new nails with the same care that you would your natural nails.
It is often thought that nail extensions ruin your natural nail, this is only the case if you try to pick, bite and prise them off (NEVER, EVER DO THIS). If you want them removed then ask your nail technician to remove them properly - there usually is a charge for this.
I always recommend that Solar Oil is applied daily, this helps to condition your cuticles and prevent the natural nail drying out which can result in the gel lifting.
I sell this in my salon for £1.50 so you can buy a bottle to take home with you.
